MVsSystem (1):

.5 if ShortTerm

JBsSystem (0):

SolixSystem (0):

.4 if ShortTerm else .7

In the Solix case, this represents the fact that their geometry fails to collect a substantial portion of PAR.

This is where ShortTerm (0) has its effect. There is no discount for the long term. This is a way of modeling some learning curves for MVsSystem and SolixSystem. M's estimate for initial deployment is .5 but 1 should be used for large scale (long term) deployment. Similar assumption for SolixSystem.
